and are one of the bigger contractors in the Southern Cape. We have done numerous contracts with
them like the recently completed SARS Building in George, Extensions to Woolworths in the
garden Route Mall, Mario Day Hospital in Mossel Bay. Dischem in the Mossel Bay Mall and many
others.

the last 30 years.
Cape Island Construction
They are the biggest building contractor in Knysna with offices in Johannesburg and Cape Town.
We have recently completed the new Imperial Ford and Land Rover, the Tavcor Audi and
Volkswagen outlets and the extensions to the Knysna Life Hospital.
Semper Prima Builders
They are the biggest building contractors in George and have been in operation for more than 40
years. Our latest contract with them was the ceiling for Keurbooms Cottage which entailed a
inverted free floating dome skimmed ceiling in a figure eight on plan house of approximately
450 sqm.
Deacon Construction
They are a young up and coming firm that specialise in prestige houses and are known for their
quality work. We have recently completed the new Wimpy's in The Mossel bay Mall and George
Airport with them.
